Hello! I'm Shahnaz Hamade, and I'm delighted to meet you. As a proud mom of boy and girl twins, family is at the heart of everything I do. My journey has taken me through the halls of the University at Buffalo, New York, where I earned my degree in Psychology and Counseling, and later to Medaille University, where I obtained my Masters in Organizational Leadership. Fueled by my passion for both mental health awareness and organizational development, I've made it my mission to bridge these two worlds together. This drive led me to establish my consulting business, where I'm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive by integrating psychological insights with effective leadership strategies. I am also certified as a transformation coach and an NLP practitioner, enabling me to bring a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
