I'm Shahnaz Hamade, and as a mom of boy–girl twins, family and wellbeing guide everything I do. With a degree in Psychology and Counseling from the University at Buffalo and a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University, I blend mental health expertise with organizational development to help executives and workplaces thrive.
As a certified transformation coach and NLP practitioner, I partner with C-suite leaders and organizations to build emotional resilience, clarity, and sustainable high performance. My approach is holistic and evidence-informed, supporting leaders in making grounded decisions while helping teams manage stress, prevent burnout, and unlock their full potential.
